What to expect
How it works
Each circle is built around one theme and one facilitator. Groups stay small. You are invited to share, to listen and to explore - never put on the spot.
Two formats run regularly. Storytelling for Connection uses a simple prompt to share short, personal stories, and looks at the link between vulnerability, narrative and human bonding. Human-Centred Huddles step away from the spreadsheets into a space that is explicitly about people - bringing empathy and trust back into the working day.
Circles run across workplaces, schools, community groups and mixed sectors. To join an existing circle, or start one for your team, send us a note.
